Job Description

1. ServiceNow / RPA platform development
2. Applies innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes
3. Defines and documents procedures for processes and workflows
4. Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader
5. Responsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by users
6. Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment
7. Communicates effectively with management and other members of the project
8. Integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs
9. Mid-Server Configuration (to facilitate REST calls); CMDB configuration and integration
10. Creation of Web Service for data integration
11. Additional duties as assigned and defined by management
