Manage Southeast Asian branches’ trading business.
In charge of the risks/positions/market making business in the Southeast Asia market.
Be responsible for supervising, leading, and training the subordinates of the trading group.
Pay attention to the financial market dynamics, providing professional analysis opinions on the adjustment of business strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide better services/products.
Achieve good relationships with market participants, understand the market, and propose specific requirements for credit lines in the industry.
Conduct business strictly in compliance with regulators’ and the bank’s regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, or codes of various regulatory authorities, bank policies, relevant risk management policies and procedures, and related rules and regulations.
Identify and control all different potential and real risks at work.
Report to higher authorities and relevant units in a timely manner, formulate corrective actions, and follow up according to the situation.
Execute other tasks assigned by the Head of Trading or other related projects by senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or above level in Finance or related majors; or other qualifications recognized by the bank.
Experienced in financial product risk management.
With theoretical and practical experience in financial product transactions; knowledge of product pricing models is preferred.
Familiar with the business process of financial products.
Familiar with various financial regulatory policies.
