Ziprecruiter | Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties
• Handle tenant inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and identify matters needing attention
• Coordinate and schedule property repairs and maintenance with vendors
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements, amendments, and renewals
• Work with real estate agents to help lease vacancies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements related to property management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with the agility to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously
