Dorridge Primary School is a ‘happy and high-performing school’ situated just minutes off Junction 4 of the M42 and only 3 miles from the town of Solihull. We are looking for a positive and skilled leader who is an enthusiastic practitioner with high expectations to act as an ambassador for Teaching and Learning across their year group. You will effectively lead key areas of school development and motivate, inspire, challenge and support your team. You will deliver consistently good teaching and learning to help all pupils to achieve excellent academic results. Experience of using tracking, assessment and data analysis as an effective tool to accelerate progress and raise achievement is required.
