Start date in summer 2025, full time, fixed term for 12 months, London Array Offshore Wind Farm, Ramsgate, hybrid model meaning 3 days per week onsite & rest home office

About the role

You will join our procurement team supporting our operational offshore wind farms.

  • Gain valuable knowledge and experience of
    • the wide range of procurement activities across the whole procurement cycle from finding suitable suppliers all the way to supporting in contract review meetings
    • analysing and evaluating tender documents to create price comparisons
    • assisting in preparing contracts with suppliers
  • Actively support the team e.g. with
    • carrying out market research to identify suitable suppliers and prequalifying them via our online prequalification system
    • building Request For Information and Requests For Quotations within our internal e-Tendering tool
    • analysing and evaluating tender submissions and preparing contracts
    • organising internal and external meetings


Job requirements and experience

  • You are an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Law, Engineering or similar
  • Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
  • Looking at your current performance overview you are on track to graduate with a 2.1 or higher
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills as well as good IT skills
  • You are able to coordinate your own workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
  • You are open to travel to other sites. Travel expenses will be covered by us
