We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a committed and friendly school. Duties as a Year 4 Teacher:
  1. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every child feels safe and valued.
  3. Assess, track, and report on pupils’ progress in line with school policies.
  4. Collaborate effectively with year group partners and wider staff to support pupil outcomes.
  5. Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, trips, or curriculum enrichment.
Ideal Year 4 Teacher:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and pedagogy.
  3. Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
  4. A caring, approachable, and enthusiastic teaching style.
  5. Strong communication and organisational skills as a Year 4 Teacher.
