An established industry player is seeking a passionate Year 3 class teacher for a vibrant Preparatory school in Havering. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a small class of 12 children on an enhanced curriculum pathway, preparing them for Year 4. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and creative, capable of teaching core and foundation subjects, while collaborating with specialist staff for subjects like Spanish, Music, PE, and Swimming. Must hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification.
Enhanced Child Only DBS is required.

Teach all core and foundation subjects to Year 3 students.
Support a class of 12 children on a heightened curriculum pathway.

Tradewind are working with a beautiful Preparatory school in the borough of Havering, who are looking for a Year 3 class teacher for the summer term (April 22nd - July 12th).

The working hours would be 08:00 - 16:00, with a staff meeting on Wednesdays and a weekly enrichment club running until 16:15.

The teacher will need to be dynamic and creative, who could support a class of 12 children in Year 3 on a heightened curriculum pathway (pitching to Year 4). The teacher would teach all core and foundation subjects, with specialist staff picking up Spanish, Music, PE and Swimming.

Requirements:

QTS OR a recognised teaching qualification
An Enhanced Child Only DBS
Your CV must cover your employment and education history since you finished formal education
Legal Right to work in UK
