Year 3 Teacher

Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Inspire and support pupils to develop their confidence and independence.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil progress.
• Contribute to the school’s vision and values through high-quality teaching and pastoral care.

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or are an Early Career Teacher with a passion for Year 3 learning).
• Be an excellent communicator with strong classroom management skills.
• Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every child.
• Have a creative and engaging teaching style.
