1. Have experience of teaching Year 2 and KS1
2. Hold QTS
3. Have a flexible and friendly approach
4. Be committed to providing engaging and exciting learning opportunities
5. Have strong behaviour management strategies
6. Be confident in their knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
