Yard Operative

Holt Engineering are working with a global, forward-thinking business based in Southampton. They are looking for an experienced Yard Operative to join their team.

As a Yard Operative, you will be supporting the production team by providing hands-on support.

This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday, 45 hours a week.

Duties for the successful Yard Operative will include:

1. Carrying out general repairs and maintenance
2. Fitting and testing general equipment
3. Forklift operation
4. Moving goods across the yard
5. Cleaning of areas, containers, and cabins

To be considered for the Yard Operative role you must:

1. Hold a valid forklift licence
2. Hold a UK drivers licence
3. Have previous experience in yard maintenance
4. Have handled hand tools and power tools

The Yard Operative role is paying £13 Per Hour.
