Yard Manager / Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

SITE FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER REQUIRED FOR A CHALLENGING ROLE AT A STATE-OF-THE-ART WASTE PROCESSING SITE

TITLE: Yard Manager / Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

SALARY: 35-40K DOE

LOCATION: You may be based in Malmesbury, Cirencester, Dursley and Surrounding areas

ROLE: Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

1. Front-line management of the team
2. You will ensure company safety, quality and environmental policy is upheld.
3. Management of the material on to site
4. Monitoring and maintaining the throughput of the plant, working with the Operations Manager to drive production
5. Making sure you and the team have the resources required to get the job done.

EXPERIENCE: Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

1. You will have had line management experience or responsibility for a team
2. You may have experience or licences on mobile plant equipment
3. Your background will have been on the site floor rather than office-based, ideally in a heavy industry such as Quarry, Waste Management, Scrap Metal Recycling, Steel, Biomass, Aggregates etc.
4. You will have a good attitude to safety and the use of PPE with IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications ideal
5. You may also have a WAMITAB / COTC qualification.
