SITE FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER REQUIRED FOR A CHALLENGING ROLE AT A STATE-OF-THE-ART WASTE PROCESSING SITE

TITLE: Yard Manager / Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

LOCATION: You may be based in Malmesbury, Cirencester, Dursley and Surrounding areas

ROLE: Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

1. Front-line management of the team
2. Ensure company safety, quality and environmental policy is upheld
3. Management of the material on to site
4. Monitor and maintain the throughput of the plant, working with the Operations Manager to drive production
5. Ensure you and the team have the resources required to get the job done

EXPERIENCE: Site Operations Supervisor / Foreman

1. Line management experience or responsibility for a team
2. Experience or licenses on mobile plant equipment
3. Background on the site floor rather than office-based, ideally in a heavy industry such as Quarry, Waste Management, Scrap Metal Recycling, Steel, Biomass, Aggregates
4. Good attitude to safety and use of PPE with IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications ideal
5. WAMITAB / COTC qualification is a plus
