Clarkville Te Kura ki Waimātao is a high performing, innovative, and collaborative school, located 5 minutes drive from northern Christchurch and Kaiapoi.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our highly collaborative teaching team. You will teach in our Y0-2 learning space and program, working with two other teachers to support approximately 50 ākonga. Our students are amazing, hardworking young people, and it is a pleasure to teach them – we are fortunate to work at a truly special place.

The successful applicant will be able to build effective relationships with ākonga and whānau and model a growth mindset.

Your knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment will ensure the best possible outcomes for ākonga in your learning space. We have strong literacy, mathematics, and inquiry programmes that ensure our ākonga have the very best learning opportunities and achieve highly. Effective structured literacy practice is essential.
