An established industry player seeks a WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Representative to oversee pre-assembly activities. In this role, you'll ensure that marshalling activities are conducted safely and in accordance with technical standards. Collaborating closely with internal teams and client representatives, you'll manage inspections, track component preservation, and report on daily site activities. Role: WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Representative
Work Scope: Pre-Assembly
Working Pattern: 2 Weeks on / 2 Weeks off - 12 Hour Days - Day & Night Required
Location: Hartlepool - Candidates MUST be located commutable distance to site
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: February 2026 + Possible Extension
Rates: £750 via Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS (DBS/DS, Financial Probity, Employment History) + Medical Questionnaire & Proof of Right to Work in the UK

Description:
The successful candidates will have the proven skills necessary to build relationships with key internal and client stakeholders to ensure that WTG marshalling harbour activities are safely executed in accordance with technical and quality requirements. Working as an integral member of the WTG Package team, the WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Representative shall observe and report on WTG load-in and pre-assembly activities, as defined within the key accountabilities of this role. The role will be back-to-back with another WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Representative and will work closely with the Employer Quality Representative.
