Our client, a global media and retail company, is seeking a highly competent Writer to provide temporary cover with a daily rate of £261.54. The role involves writing content about the company for external audiences based in Germany.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Crafting editorial content about the company for external audiences.
2. Writing and producing a range of evergreen content, news, and original features about the company across an array of topics.
3. Working closely with the German communication teams to frame and optimise stories.
4. Attending team meetings and trainings, and working within the wider global team.

Requirements:

1. German writing skills.
2. Strong communicator in both English and German.
3. Bachelor’s degree in journalism/communications/digital media or similarly relevant field.
4. Professional journalism experience.
5. Experience working with data-driven digital content.
6. Strong news judgement.
7. Thrives in a collaborative, start-up culture and fast-paced working environment.
8. Understanding of using SEO to guide editorial content strategy.
9. Experience using CMS tools to produce digital content.
