St Andrew’s Chorleywood is seeking a Worship Pastor to join our team. The role involves leading sung worship across a range of services and helping to build and develop a team of volunteer musicians, worship leaders, sound and A/V operators. The Worship Pastor will also oversee the preparation and delivery of worship, ensuring it is well-organised and supports the life of the church.
The role offers the opportunity to shape the worship life of St Andrew’s, working alongside the Vicar, wider staff team and congregation. We are looking for someone with a heart for worship, a desire to equip and support others, and the ability to foster a collaborative and encouraging environment within the worship and production teams.
The closing date is Friday 7th March 2025.
