Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm

Our client is offering a Workshop role with lots of training to develop your technical skills whilst maintaining a great work-life balance with occasional overtime.

On offer is a trainee technician role, where you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and inspection of their product. You will be offered full training on a variety of different techniques to increase your skillset and industry knowledge.

Basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety is essential. Annual Health Surveillance included to manage and reduce workplace hazards.

The role would suit a mechanically biased individual with some fabrication experience looking to get into a role that they can get their teeth into.

What will you be doing?

  • Days based Workshop Role.
  • Repairing the product to OEM requirements.
  • Repair activities include cleaning, sanding, cutting, bonding, filling, and spray painting.
  • Technical training on a variety of materials and equipment.

What do you need to have?

  • Previous experience in a workshop setting essential.
  • Understanding of health and safety fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills, English as the main language.
  • Above average hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy & honest.
  • Own transport due to the location of the position.

Salary: £11.80 per hour to start
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm
