Workshop Supervisor - Northamptonshire - Heavy Plant

£21 - £23 an hour

NEOS are currently working with a great Plant Company in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Workshop Supervisor.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in the Plant Hire Sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Fitters within your remit of the Workshop.
2. Inspect and check Heavy Plant so that they are fit for Hire.
3. Adapt & overcome faults and assist team members if needed, to diagnose issues.
4. Support the Workshop Manager with all H&S requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has Heavy Plant knowledge and NVQ Level 2 Plant Maintenance, although if you have other qualifications, these can be taken into consideration.
