Workshop Supervisor
Salary: £47,495.00 per annum, Veolia benefits and Pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Alperton Lane, Wembley, HA0 1ER

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the maintenance and servicing of up to 250 vehicles
  • Ensuring compliance, safety and all legal requirements are met
  • Overseeing a team of workshop engineers, planning in works and scheduled works for 6 months in advance
  • Responsible for the running of a busy workshop which operates over two shifts
  • Maintaining safety and compliance
  • Delivering cost savings where available
  • Splitting your time between office duties and workshop duties

What we're looking for:

  • Previous workshop experience
  • Team leader or management experience would be highly advantageous
  • NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Qualification or equivalent
  • IT literate
  • Good organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade differing levels of personnel
  • Numerate and analytical
