You'll help manage the day-to-day running of the workshop, using your technical background and people skills to keep everything on track and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for a Plant or Heavy Mechanical Engineer who wants to step up into a management role with strong progression and development.

The Role -

1. Oversee engineers from highly skilled to apprentice level
2. Work alongside the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient processes
3. Gain technical progression and leadership development
