The Role:

This is a standard workshop manager role managing 10 workshop assemblers building the e-scooters (no welding, fabrication or machining). They will be building the scooters and repairing any coming back from customers.

You will be managing:

1. Consistent build quality.
2. Inspection during build.
3. Set build standards.
4. Maintaining project wash-up information.
5. Protection of components during the build process.

General Layout of Workshop:

1. Parts delivery.
2. Works in progress - stock of large items.
3. Large tool storage.

The Candidate:

1. Workshop experience/prod supervisor, production experience running an assembly or workshop team.
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
3. Understanding of maintaining a warehouse and goods in and out.
