Vacancy: Workshop Manager
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30 & 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30 - 13:00
Salary: Basic: £35,000 to £40,000 basic, DOE. OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Workshop Manager Responsibilities:

1. Lead the workshop by example
2. Staffing
3. Budgeting
4. Ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and that a high level of product quality is maintained

Workshop Manager Requirements:

1. 2 years management experience
2. Proven experience in nurturing talent
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Valid, Full UK Driver's license
