Workshop Manager

Venatu Recruitment Group is working with our client in London to recruit a Workshop Manager permanently.

Support the Engineering Manager in vehicle maintenance, compliance, and team management to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering staff.
• Oversee vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain garage facilities and equipment.
• Keep accurate records and reports.
• Act as deputy when needed.

Requirements

• Expertise in vehicle maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of health & safety, DVSA, and TfL regulations.
• Strong leadership and compliance skills.

Ideal for a hands-on leader with technical and management experience.
