Workshop Manager

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Flexible depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Workshop Details: Medium sized workshop - 5 ramps.
Working mainly on: Cars and Vans

Workshop Manager required for an established independent garage in the Flitwick area. Our Client is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage their busy site. The successful Workshop Manager will have previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Salary: £45,000.

Duties of a Workshop Manager
  1. Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
  2. Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
  3. Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
  4. Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
  5. Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
  6. Looking After the Repair Centre Site
The Successful Workshop Manager will
  1. Have previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
  2. Possess strong Leadership skills
  3. Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence
  4. Have the ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
