Workshop Manager required for a well-established welding and fabrication company based in Cardiff. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to manage the day-to-day manufacturing and fabrication operations.

Workshop Manager Job Overview

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop
• Delivering high quality and consistent fabrication projects in accordance to customer requirements and quality standards
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

Workshop Manager Job Requirements

• Proven background within a Workshop / Fabrication supervisory or management role
• Based in a commutable distance of Cardiff
• NVQ, apprenticeship or similar qualifications within engineering / manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience in the welding & fabrication industry is a distinct advantage

Workshop Manager Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 14:00. Full-time, permanent position.
