Opportunity: Workshop Fitter

Contract: Permanent

Location: Lisburn

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.

Due to a promotion in our Engineering team, we are now looking for a Workshop Fitter to join our supportive and friendly team in Lisburn.

In this role you will be:

  • Servicing and maintaining diesel, LPG, and electrical materials handling equipment
  • Fault finding, completing planned preventative maintenance, and pre-delivery inspection of forklift trucks
  • Ensuring customer service is kept to a high level and any queries are addressed
  • Adhering to safety guidelines set and all policies set out by customers and Briggs Equipment
  • Completing job activity electronically and ensuring all required parts to complete tasks are ordered
  • Ensuring the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard and correctly stocked
  • Ensuring customer relationships are maintained and developed through high standards of service

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Relevant technical qualification
