Job Title: Workshop and Warehouse Assistant

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £26,000 per annum, possibly more for exceptional candidates who cover all skills and experience requirements.

We are looking for a talented Workshop and Warehouse Assistant to work for our client. If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

The standard hours for the Workshop and Warehouse Assistant role are: 40 Hours per week, 08.30-17.00

The Role:

  • A good eye for detail.
  • Conscientious and hard-working.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • A valid FLT Counterbalance forklift license (if you don’t hold a valid license, demonstrable experience is essential and a refresher course can be taken).
  • A UK driving licence, ideally clean, and own vehicle to commute is essential.
  • The ability to operate hand tools for general DIY in the workshop.
  • Some occasional opportunities for overtime; flexibility is appreciated.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Workshop and Warehouse Assistant role will require a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment and relative role.

You will also need for the Workshop and Warehouse Assistant role:

  • A good eye for detail.
  • Conscientious and hard-working.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • A counterbalance forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
  • Some occasional opportunities for overtime; flexibility is appreciated.
