Workshop Administrator

Organised, proactive, and ready to support a dynamic engineering environment? We're looking for a Workshop Administrator to join a fast-paced, technical service centre based in Bicester.

Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer that leads the global field in precision engineering and industrial services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a hands-on attitude to support operations at a world-class facility.

What's in it for you?

  1. £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
  2. Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating workflow and schedules within the service centre
  2. Managing logistics for goods in/out and small item handling
  3. Raising purchase and sales orders
  4. Maintaining accurate records using ERP, CRM, and Microsoft SharePoint
  5. Providing customer updates and reports
  6. Supporting UK and occasional EU logistics

What we're looking for:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  2. Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
  3. Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
  4. Ability to perform occasional light physical tasks
  5. Desirable: FLT licence, logistics/engineering background, EU import/export knowledge
