Job Description
At Realise Futures, we're more than just a Social Enterprise - we're about people. Our mission is to enhance the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled through our seven RF Works Social Businesses across Suffolk and Norfolk.
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Coach to join our RF Works team, supporting therapeutic, work-based, and life-skills activities for disabled and/or disadvantaged individuals who face barriers to meaningful employment and social engagement. This role also involves supervising RF Works Coaches, overseeing wellbeing and commercial operations, and ensuring compliance with company and commissioner standards.
You will:
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing Relationships
Supporting, Advising and Guiding
Coaching and Mentoring
Managing Team and Individual Performance
Marketing/Business Development
You will report to the RF Works Manager and play a pivotal role in creating a safe, inclusive, and socially engaging setting while contributing to the enterprise's commercial success.
