Job description

Role: Works Coordinator

Location: Barnstaple

Salary: £24,289.60 - £25,568.52 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The Role

The purpose of the role is to assist in the efficient and effective running of the Home2Home work streams, ensuring the effective progression of works orders through to the booking of appointments and scheduling of works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, sub-contractors, internal customers, operatives, and stakeholders.
  • Raise work orders, including a detailed & accurate description while allocating the correct Schedule of Rates.
  • Organise appointments and manage work diaries for all operational areas efficiently to achieve KPI’s, considering skill-set, duration of work, and location.

  • Demonstrable experience in working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment requiring outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Take pride in your work and have a desire to make a difference.
