Workplace Experience Lead - Derby - up to £70k plus bonus - 12m Maternity Cover

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of workplace and facilities services on a large corporate account, to cover a 12m period of maternity leave.

The UK Workplace Experience Lead is responsible for developing and executing a holistic, industry-leading employee experience program which includes being a visionary and role model regarding employee experience. The position will lead a diverse team to implement standard concepts and programs across the account, and to document via best practices, program toolkits, and high levels of service provision.

What to expect in this role:
  1. Ensure an industry leading workplace employee experience program is fully implemented.
  2. Understand the client's key business drivers, and focus the workplace employee experience team to ensure those priorities are met.
  3. Hire, attract and retain a team of top talent; improve team capability and performance through regular coaching and feedback; provide recognition.
  4. Manage relationships with key client stakeholders.
  5. Serves as single point of contact for the accounts global Employee Experience program.
  6. Shared accountability for the global Employee Experience program service delivery.
  7. Drive the productive use of technology and Business Intelligence decision-making and data analytics reporting to support the Employee Experience program.
  8. Actively manage the professional development of all direct reports.
  9. Responsible for the implementation of technology and BI systems to support workplace employee experience service delivery.
  10. Responsible for workplace employee experience communications, marketing, reporting and planning.
  11. Ensure adherence to the contract.
What we are looking for:
  1. Experience in workplace employee experience, ideally within the FM/Hospitality industry.
  2. Qualifications in Facilities Management / Hotel / Event Management.
  3. Experience leading complex account structures, running multiple teams across multiple locations.
  4. You can demonstrate experience in handling Client and/or Firm sensitivities knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to mitigate and de-escalate risks.
