Job Title: Working Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Working Supervisor to start immediately. This role requires someone skilled on the tools, with the flexibility to adapt to various shifts. The initial focus will be integrating into existing projects, with the opportunity to lead a significant Paddington project (day shifts) starting in March.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily on-site activities and provide hands-on support where needed.
  2. Ensure smooth project operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  3. Work effectively within live 24/7 environments, ensuring minimal disruption.
  4. Use and manage online health and safety systems.
  5. Collaborate with team members, agency workers, and management to meet project objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years as a qualified trades person.
  2. Proven experience working in live 24/7 environments.
  3. Current CSCS card holder.
  4. Relevant certifications:
    • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
    • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
    • First Aid Certification
    • Working at Height Training
  5. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
