Job description
Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description:
We are delivering a conversion of a terraced property into a 6 bed, 6 bathroom house of multiple occupancy, including infilling the existing ground floor extension and rebuilding the first floor extension and a loft conversion. We will completely strip out and reconfigure internally with new staircases to create a compliant HMO. Full rewire and new heating system to suit occupancy levels.
I require an experienced working foreman to oversee the project, liaise with all trades and the project manager to deliver a successful outcome. It is expected that the working foreman will be hands-on with the work but also maintain control and uphold standards of work and adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
