As a Workforce Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Workforce Management to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. This role is integral to workforce planning, helping to enhance efficiency and maintain seamless scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities as a Workforce Management Coordinator:

1. Support the Head of Workforce Management in delivering effective workforce planning.
2. Schedule and book employees and agency workers to meet operational demands.
3. Monitor and maintain accurate time and attendance records.
4. Verify and process workforce data for accurate payroll submission.
5. Cross-check the accuracy of agency invoices before approval.
6. Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure staffing levels align with business needs.

Requirements for the Role:

1. Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or coordination.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workforce data.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
5. Proficiency in workforce management systems and Excel.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
