An established industry player is seeking a Workflow Manager to oversee the planning integration for a major energy infrastructure project. This role involves managing the on-site assembly, installation, and maintenance activities for building cranes, ensuring that all schedules align with project goals. Morson Talent are delighted to present an opportunity for a suitably qualified Workflow Manager to join our client's established team for work associated with a major energy infrastructure Project in Somerset. Typically, the successful candidate would have a Quantity Surveying background with experience across large construction projects.
Scope
The Workflow Manager (WM) has responsibility for executing the end-to-end on-site planning integration of the delivery, on-site assembly, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities for all permanent building cranes. The WM will ensure planning integration across supplier, area, construction and integrated work schedules - including the physical validation of access availability and work progress in the field, ensuring that work proceeds to meet the needs of the overall Project schedule.
Dimensions:
The cranes contracts interface with five of the Project delivery areas spanning nuclear and conventional islands with equipment to be installed in 34 different buildings across site - each building potentially with moving schedule challenges that create or affect resource levelling challenges that need identifying and mitigating to enable an efficient delivery by the contractor.
