The Opportunity:
Under general supervision, analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. Ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities. Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Avantor is seeking a Workday Security Analyst with a focus on security evaluation, design, and configuration within the HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and maintaining robust security frameworks in Workday, emphasizing data security and adherence to least privileged access principles, as well as configuration experience in Absence and/or Time Tracking. This role involves close collaboration with functional and technical experts to ensure the integrity and continuity of our security model across Workday and interconnected systems.

The team
The HR Technology team is responsible for leveraging technology to meet the strategic needs of Avantor’s human resources operations while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development. As part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to projects that enhance system security and improve user experiences across the company.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday security, including intersection and segment security.
• Experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management.
