Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant
Location: London
Salary/Rate: £600-650 per day Inside IR35
Start Date: May 2025
Job Type: 6 month contract

Company Introduction
My Client within 'Big 4' consulting is urgently seeking a Workday Functional Consultant for an initial 6 month contract based in London. This role will require the ideal candidate to be familiar with configuration, implementation, and support of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Gather and analyse business requirements related to Workday functionality.
2. Configure and test Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits).
3. Develop and maintain Workday documentation.
4. Provide end-user support and training.
5. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.

Required Skills/Experience

1. Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
2. Strong understanding of Workday configuration and business processes within relevant modules.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Experience with Workday implementations or upgrades is desirable.
