Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant
Location: UK (Remote with occasional travel)
Day Rate: up to £950 p/d Inside IR35

A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead and deliver high-impact projects within financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations for clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  2. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance on financial planning and digital transformation.
  3. Oversee project teams, mentoring consultants and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  5. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial planning capabilities.
  6. Support business development efforts, including pre-sales activities and client proposals.
Key Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, preferably within a consulting environment.
  2. Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related fields.
  3. Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
