We seek a skilled and dynamic Senior Associate to lead our HR Technology and Transformation initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on guiding key projects that underpin our journey towards digital transformation, especially in implementing, adjusting and overseeing cutting-edge HR solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record in HR technology project management, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a strong foundation in Workday systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Lead, direct and manage HR technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee stakeholder communications, manage expectations and ensure organizational transparency and project alignment. Manage external vendors when applicable.
- Facilitate the adoption of new HR technology solutions, offering training and support to enhance user experience and transition.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enhance project management methodologies and HR tech strategies within PwC, fostering management skill development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Capability to handle complex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
