Future FWD is back for its second year - and it's bigger and better than ever. Created by dentsu Sports International (DSI), this UK-based programme is built to open doors, spark ideas and give you a proper inside track into the world of sports and entertainment marketing, whilst being able to share with us latest Gen Z thoughts and insights that the sports and entertainment industry need to be aware of. Future FWD creates opportunities and shapes the next generation of sports marketing talent.
We know it can be tough breaking into this space - especially if you don't already have connections or experience. Future FWD exists to change that. It's here to help you grow, gain confidence and start building a career with impact.

Job Description:
Our work insight programme is aimed at college and university students or those who have left education and those currently in entry level roles.
Over six months (23 total hours), you'll get access to:

We're looking for bright minds with bold ideas - people who want to shape the future of fan-first marketing.
It's not all PowerPoints either! - you'll build real relationships, make lasting connections and get a sense of what working in this industry is really like - from the inside.

We welcome and encourage applications from UK-based. Sessions will be remote with one in-person session (central London). This programme is unpaid but travel expenses are covered.
Please note: Future FWD is designed to run alongside your current work, studies or other commitments. This is not a full-time role - but we do ask for your commitment across the full six months.
