100% home-based role

Salary: £24.5k base with OTE £31+
Shifts: Monday - Friday - 7.5 hours between 9 and 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. COLD CALL customers to ensure their appliances are covered
2. Upsell protection products based on customer needs
3. Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
4. Help customers find the best protection package
5. Make a high number of sales each day to hit personal targets

Skills and Experience:

1. 12 months of phone sales experience
2. Attention to detail and accuracy
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Team player focused on delivering great customer service
