Your Role

As a Design Assistant you will have an excellent understanding of the PLT brand and customer. You will be a highly creative and innovative individual who is keen to be ahead of the latest trends.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the design team with day to day requests.
  • Training interns and overseeing their workload.
  • Admin support on multiple categories.
  • Assisting designers with fitting garments and technical packs.
  • Working directly with UK & overseas suppliers.
  • Chasing samples and working to a critical path.
  • Deliver results within specified time frames.
  • Seasonal Trend research and presentation packs.
  • Build and maintain close links with buying and design teams.
More About You

  • Technical CAD drawing.
  • Use Photoshop and Illustrator well.
  • A good knowledge of garment construction.
  • Confident in speaking to multiple people across internal teams and suppliers.
  • Highly organised.
  • Can work to time constraints at a good level.
  • Fashion Degree.
