As a Women's Health Specialist focusing on menopause, you will drive the introduction of their pioneering treatment, working closely with General Practitioners (GPs), gynaecologists, endocrinologists, sexual health consultants, nurses, and pharmacists. Your goal is to improve patient pathways, enhance access to high-quality menopause care, and align with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and championing the product within your territory. A key part of your role will be to engage and develop stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of the product into local services. You will also identify and address barriers to access, influencing local treatment pathways, guidelines, and protocols.
