Key Skills / Experience Required:

Ekahau experience is essential
Wireless survey experience is essential marking APs
Experience with wireless Cisco technologies
CCNA (R&S, Security or Wireless) is desirable
Experience with Meraki technologies
Previous experience working in project-based environments

Responsibilities:

Complete wireless surveys using Ekahau technology and create survey results reports
APoS and Passive Surveys (Ekahau)
Wireless network configuration (WLC), validation, design, and recommendation reports
Provide engineering support to our sales and presales teams as required
Installation of solutions and services as designed either by presales, or another member of the professional services team
Creation of technical documentation and reports
Store documentation in a central location, and on the ticket as appropriate
Meet personal and team KPIs set by your manager
Adhere to internal OLAs and SLAs
