What You'll Do:

As the Wine Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of Plumpton's wine portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

1. Client Relationships: Manage and expand our existing accounts while building new business opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy: Achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.
3. Brand Building: Represent Plumpton College at tastings, events, and shows to promote our wines and connect with industry professionals.
4. Operations Excellence: Oversee logistics, stock allocations, and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
5. Ambassadorship: Work closely with students to foster their involvement in wine promotional activities and maintain Plumpton's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate who embodies our core values - Ambition, Professionalism, and Passion. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Essential Skills:
   1. Proven sales expertise, ideally in the wine industry.
   2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
   3. Proficiency with MS Excel and stock management systems.
   4. A confident, can-do attitude and adaptability to diverse tasks.
   5. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 10kg.
2. Desirable Attributes:
   1. WSET Advanced Level Three qualification.
   2. Prior wine sales experience and a deep enthusiasm for the industry.
   3. Access to personal transportation.
