With our 4xFlex working pattern, a 4 week from Monday to Thursday, hybrid and flexible working (typically 2 days a week onsite) you'll have a balanced work-life schedule while making an impact in a global organisation.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

1. Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar 3rd line support role
2. Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
3. Experience with Windows Exchange Server
4. Proficiency in networking concepts and hardware, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and routers
5. Strong experience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
6. Understanding of security best practices, backup concepts and disaster recovery planning

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support & Troubleshoot: Maintain and resolve issues with our server and network infrastructure.
2. Virtualization: Configure and manage platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.
3. Systems Administration: Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and group policies.
4. Network Management: Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (firewalls, routers, switches).
5. Data Protection: Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity solutions.
6. Security Standards: Implement and maintain critical security protocols.
7. Project Work: Contribute to impactful IT infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate must achieve the appropriate level (SC) of security clearance.
