Windows Infrastructure Engineer - Windows Server, Windows 10, Citrix, AWS, VMware, SCCM, Linux

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and maintain Windows Server, VMware, and AWS environments.
2. Prioritize and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems within SLA.
3. Perform system checks, patching, and Disaster Recovery testing.
4. Document processes and manage production risks.
5. Lead and support the team, handling escalations and new IT service transitions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, and AWS environments.

Desired:

1. Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Cisco, Linux/AIX, ITIL, and AWS.

Skills & Experience:

1. Strong experience with Windows Server, VMware, M365, and enterprise web infrastructure.
2. Proficient in data backup, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
3. Ability to implement changes and collaborate effectively across teams.
4. Excellent documentation and time management skills.
