Job description

Are you an experienced Windows 11 Deployment Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support end-users through a seamless Windows 11 migration.


The Role:

As a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing hands-on support to users as they transition to Windows 11 using Workspace One technology. Working in small teams, you’ll deliver a high-quality, white-glove service, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth experience for all users. Deployments will range from one-on-one remote sessions to classroom-style setups for larger groups.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Delivering a user-friendly and professional deployment experience, ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11.
  2. Conducting both remote and classroom-based deployments, supporting up to 25 users per session.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  4. Working closely with internal teams to ensure deployments are completed efficiently and effectively.
  5. Providing clear guidance and updates to end-users throughout the migration process.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience with Windows 11 migrations and Workspace One deployment.
  2. Strong customer service skills with a user-first mindset.
  3. Good knowledge of O365 and Microsoft technologies.
  4. Familiarity with Apple Macs and their integration within a Windows environment.
  5. A positive, problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills.

Experience & Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years in a customer-facing deployment or 2nd Line Desktop Support role.
  2. Hands-on experience with Workspace One deployments.
  3. Must have active security clearance to be considered for this role.

Location & Working Arrangements:

  1. 5 days per week on-site in London.
  2. Some travel within the UK may be required.
