Role: Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: Highly competitive experience dependent

Work type: Part-time or Full-time available

Hybrid working: 3-day office / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
2. Managing probate applications and administering estates
3. Providing tailored advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
4. Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process
5. Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practices

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Qualified solicitor/legal executive with 3 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client consultations
4. Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail
5. Commitment to ensuring client work progresses in a timely manner and clients are informed about progress and costs
