Wills Paralegal

In-house practice seeks a Private Client Paralegal with experience in Wills and LPAs to join the growing team.

You will be working alongside a small team drafting Wills, LPAs, and carrying out Probate and Discovery work. You'll be handling all aspects of the client's needs, from ensuring an up-to-date Will is on file, liaising with panel firms regarding a client's exacting requirements, and dealing with discovery and Probate.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidates must have a legal background with a minimum of 6 months experience in Private Client work.
2. Any additional experience assisting with Probates or Trusts would be an added advantage.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills to deal with clients and solicitors on a daily basis.
2. Ability to provide the very highest level of service to clients.

This role would suit a Paralegal or junior lawyer looking to develop a career, or an experienced Private Client Solicitor, CILEX, or Trusts Manager looking to take a step back or returning from a career break.
